Thank you for visiting and shopping at MicroTech Microscopes. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100.00
1. Shipment Processing Time
We pride ourselves on fast processing. All orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Orders placed on weekdays (Monday through Thursday) are generally processed and shipped by the next business day.
- Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- You can use this number to track the status of your package via [ e.g., USPS/UPS/FedEx].
3. Damages and Lost Packages
MicroTech Microscopes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- If your package is lost, please contact our support team at: sales@scopeman.com so we can assist you in locating it.
